HIGH DENSITY

This project was a school project, the objective was to design a multi family unit out of  predefined dimensions. The project had minimum requirements and based on how the requirements were implemented in the space given you were graded accordingly. The project design taught you how to utilize space in a given square foot. It helped you understand space in a designers perspective. When designing in CAD or on a drafting table you have no point of reference for space. In order to understand the size of the space you are creating you have to make a reference to work from. It was a fun project that I enjoyed completing.
